I stayed here for 6 days. I primarily used this location for price as well as its midpoint location between Cleveland and Canton. Spark means this is an old hotel (Holiday Inn at this location) and is renovated, which is why each Spark is unique and does not have a standard look and feel to them like a Hampton and Home2Suites have. The entry to the hotel is very wide spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and accommodative. I stayed on the first floor and felt very safe. The area surrounding the hotel is typical of a small town that is built up with strip malls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. plenty of places to choose from to eat if the continental breakfast is not enough for you. The breakfast here does not have a kitchen so the only eggs here are hard boiled. They do have cereal, and apples and oranges for fruit. There is a Bob Evan’s across the street if you need a little more to fill the belly in the morning. The only thing that can get heated up is bread as they have, what I call, a rolling toaster. The room itself was a king size bed and was spacious. The places to put clothes were not drawers but cubby holes. For six days it was enough. Also I stayed he

As someone who travels and stays at Hilton, this one is one of the worse. As you walk in is like someone sprayed perfume everywhere. As you go to the elevators the AC seems to just shut off completely as it's very hot just standing in front of it. As you get into the elevator again no air flowing very hot. The breakfast is one of the smallest I've seen. Boiled eggs, muffins, you make your own oats. That's it. Don't bring your kids to this location either as they don't have a pool and no play area so not much to do. When I got to the 2nd floor someone was smoking pot as again NO AC as you walk around anywhere down the hall to your room is just as hot. Will not be staying at anymore Spark because there seems to be NOT ONE HERE. Oh, and don't get a room near the front as this hotel sits right next to the interstate so expect very loud noise all night.

The order I'm going to go here is: Good, bad, then ugly. GOOD: - The night I stayed at the Spark was attended by a highly knowledgeable and accommodating front desk staff. I had a couple of fairly significant issues that were enough to request a room change (see next section), and they were kind enough to grant me this request. - The rooms are modern and well-organized. It was fairly comfortable. BAD: - The hot water was not hot watering. The evening I got in, I went to take a shower and found the water just could not get above lukewarm. Since it was late already, I figured it was that it had already been used up. I did a quick if cold rinse off. This was one of the reasons I switched rooms. I'd hoped to make up for it in the morning, but found the second room had the same issue. - The walls are fairly thin. A fairly large family was next to me with young kids that made sleep difficult. I requested a room change due to this and the hot water issue. Again, these were accommodated by the lovely front desk. - Breakfast is sparse. If you stay here, the breakfast options are very limited to pretty much cereal, fruit, and a handful of muffins/scones. For $138 a night, I would REALLY th
